Description: Here is a WWII vintage, 1943-45 Army Navy Production Efficiency "E" Award Sterling Silver and Enamel Pin. Stamped "ARMY - NAVY" over "PRODUCTION - AWARD" over “STERLING" on the back and measures about 1 1/4 inches wide by 9/16 inch high. Very good to excellent used condition, see photos. Shipped in a bubble mailer via USPS First Class Package. Quarter shown for size comparison only and not included. These pins were issued during World War II between 1943 and 1945 to companies excellent efficiency to the war effort. Less than 5,000 companies (about 5%) received the "E" award. The company received a pennant and each employee received one of these "E" award pins. This pin came in three sizes.
