Description: 1941 Handwritten Letter on Letterhead with Promotion for the Consolvo Hotels The Monticello In Norfolk Virginia and The Jefferson in Richmond Virginia.This is a heartfelt letter written by a young soldier's wife who is literally on the bus to Fort Bragg while she attends a wedding. She describes the wedding and the bride and groom to her husband and notes that she was so sentimental that she left the wedding early so that she could write this letter to him.
