1940s Vintage SUPER CYCLONE Model Airplane Gas Spark Ignition Engine

Description: This engine was removed from a previously flyable Red Zephyr Vintage model plane. It was not crashed and the model is actually quite nice. Please see last pic (prop not included) I am refitting the model with an outrunner style electric motor for my own sport RC flying. Sadly, The owner is no longer available for questions. All parts offered AS IS. Series & Serial number is visible on Crankcase back plate, please see pix. This item includes ... 1. the Engine itself with single spark plug hole. 2. The Spark Plug. 3. Installed, Adjustable Timing assy ( Points ) see pix 4. Adjustable Needle Valve. This part is noted to be missing on other offerings. 5. Turned Aluminum Prop Nut 6. Included with this engine is the Ignition COIL and Separate Fuel tank. Note: Schematic diagrams for hookup and use are available online. With a couple of drops of 3in1 oil the compression is very good, IMHO. A tightly attached prop was necessary to turn it over.
