Description: Most of these vintage original 1940s-1950s photo article prints are in excellent condition and only have light edge wear, most of which can easily be hidden behind the border of a picture frame or framing mat; however, please refer to the specific item details for each individual item in the description below: 1943 Women in Steel WWII Print Set: In excellent vintage condition for its age, this 1943 Life Magazine Women in Steel (front and back) article print set is nearly pristine aside from some light edge wear that can easily be hidden behind the border of a picture frame or framing mat. Measurements: Each print measures 10 1/4" x 14" 1952 Fashion Art Erwin Blumenfeld Photography Print Set: In excellent vintage condition, this 1952 fashion photography print set is nearly pristine and only has some slight wear on the edges (which includes some faint rippling to the paper at the top edge, but this is fortunately barely noticeable and should press out flat once placed behind display framing glass). In the center where the two pages meet (where it was once bound to the magazine); the original tiny staple holes are visible as expected but all of the pages are still securely attached together and the only image that spans two pages like a poster is the photo of Evelyn Tripp in a Matisse inspired outfit and the two pages are perfectly matched up and attached. There is a 1955 advertisement for Schlitz Beer on the back of one of the pages; it is featured on the back of the one of the Evelyn Tripp Matisse harem outfit pages. The other page of this magazine spread photo includes the Picasso pants photo beside it (as shown). If one wishes to frame the Evelyn Tripp Matisse and Picasso Pants fashion photos in one large horizontal frame, the photos for Degas Tutu Bathing Suit, Gauguin Pareu Print, and Miro Surrealist Shirt which are all featured on that one backside page would be hidden from view. Likewise, the Mondrian Mimicry and Toulouse-Lautrec Top with Suzy Parker are featured on one page (one photo is on the front and the other is on the reverse side of the print) and therefore you would only be able to frame and display the one photo that you desire most.
