Cold Spring Harbor, L.I., N.Y.-- Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Mazza and their two children, Thomas, 15, and Edith of 252 Wadsworth Avenue, Washington Heights, New York City, relaxing in the sun on the North Lawn at "Sanita". July 17, after their arrival at the former Otto H. Kahn estate, recently purchased by the New York Sanitation Department for a country club. They are the club's first vacationists. Mazza, a sweeper in the Department's Manhattan service, said room accommodations at the club for his family cost $12 weekly. Meals are served in the cafeteria. Photo measures 7 x 9.25inches.
