Description: 1937 Oldsmobile "OPCO" License lamp housing with plate bracket These have a wonderful art deco look As it is 86 years old old, you bet it has some issues - paint loss, patina, hazing and likely other minor issues as well Without a doubt it would need new wiring - I did not disassemble, but I am sure the bulbs (if there are any) are bad and the bulb holders may need to be replaced as well. Would be a good core for restoration - but has a lot of character as it stands. Without a doubt this is one of those "if you know, you know" items. I have had it in my personal collection for a long time, but maybe it is time to pass it on.
