Description: This 4 x 6" photo has been produced from my original old negatives of Meade View Company postcards, a company that sold real photo postcards of numerous Maine towns and views in the 1920's, 1930's, and early 1940's. What you see is exactly what the postcard looked like, only better, since we cleaned up the negative, sharpened the image, and printed it with glossy format on quality photo paper. Please note that the photo is printed from a .tif file, much sharper than .jpg or .gif file. This is another view of the clubhouse of the Webhannet Golf Club in Kennebunk Beach, Maine, in the 1930's/early 40's. Great shot of several old cars and roadsters in the parking lot, including a Woodie station wagon. Lots of golfers out on the course, too.
