The pennant is dark blue and has "Chicago" on it with two bears/cubs, all in white. One of the ends of the top tassle that ties around the bat has been pulled apart from the pennant. There are no missing pieces or other tears/rips to the pennant itself. There is also no chipping of the lettering or bears/cubs.
