Description: "Yes Sir, That's My Baby" was a popular song from 1925. The music was written by Walter Donaldson and the lyrics by Gus Kahn. It's an upbeat song originally sung at a medium pace but the Frank Sinatra big band version slowed it down. So you can have fun with altering the pace with positive outcomes. Also has been recorded by Bing Crosby, Ricky Nelson and The Sensations. This has piano and ukulele chords. Condition is fair for it's age. The cover is still colorful, free from any major blemishes and spine has no tears. But there are noticeable stains and an extra crease near the spine. Few minor stains with the largest being on the back cover (looks like someone placed their coffee cup on this once). Overall, it is a nice piece of vintage sheet music. Large format - 9" x 12" - 6 pages total (including cover and back cover). Center page was manufactured loose. Published by Irving Berlin Inc
