It is clean and intact, exhibiting little wear or creasing from handling and storage over the past 99 years. There appears to be no handwriting in the booklet. It would make a nice addition to your own collection, or it would make a wonderful gift for that Concord resident, Massachusetts historian, or vintage publication collector in your life!
