I do not use stock photos or photos of other people’s items.This is an oval sterling silver bowl/dish by the Durgin Division of Gorham, active as such from 1905 to about 1940. The plain bowl design is 131-A. This example has been chased with ribbons, garland and flowers and has a supplemental A-1 mark, not to be confused with similar marks for silver plated items. The bowl is 6 1/4" by 4 1/4" and is about 1" deep. It weighs 79 grams. Significant flaws not depicted in the photos are described here-with, minor flaws and normal wear are not. Unless the item is described as new, assume there will be minor flaws or wear commensurate with a used item of given age. If Free Shipping is offered it will be by the cheapest method possible, for books that will be Media Mail.
