This is a booklet titled "Washington the Nation's Beautiful Capital" a photo book by B.S. Reynolds Co. from 1914. There are 20 pages of photos in this booklet. This booklet features great photos. This booklet is in overall fair condition showing some wear due to age. There is some tears and pieces missing on the front cover, writing at the bottom of the front cover, and photo # 21 is missing. Also there are 2 pages inside with some discoloration from what appears to have been a newspaper article being placed in-between the pages (see picture).
