Graded coins are the responsibility of the grading services. We do not offer refunds on graded coins by PCGS, NGC, ANACS & ICG or on bullion items such as Gold, Silver, Platinum or Palladium due to market fluctuations. Returns will be accepted if we are notified through the eBay message system within 3 days from the date that you receive the purchased item and you are granted refund approval. All items returned must remain in original packaging. We will not accept any returns that have been removed from the original packaging. In fairness to the individuals and businesses who sell items through our store and are expecting payment for the sale of their items, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item or a refund will not be granted. Return shipping and insurance of the item is the responsibility of the buyer. We will not provide a return shipping label nor funds to you for return of your item.
