It is dated 1909 but was issued later. The note was signed by I. Shipov, the third of three signers of this design. His notes were issued between 1912 and 1917. Size: 103 Millimeters or 4.06 Inches x 175 Millimeters or 6.89 Inches. Oversize holder necessary and included. "Standard Catalog of World Paper Money" (General Issues 1368-1960) by Albert Pick. #11c. Face: KA 855397 • Deep olive-green on green and red underprint. • 1909 • Signed by I. Shipov. • Crowned, double-headed “Imperial” eagle. Back: Text. The Note: A well-used example, it saw a lot of hands. It has some edge tears and a spot of thin paper. The note will be sent in a new “oversize” currency holder that protects it.
