Cover ~ Brown hardcover with black lettering on the front cover and spine. With Dustjacket and red ribbon page marker. Number of Pages ~ 281 pages. Illustrated ~ No. Book measures about ~7 1/2 inches X 5 inches X 1 inch. Condition ~ Acceptable. The Dustjacket has some edgewear, some small edge tears, and a few edge chips. The Book has some very minor cover edgewear. The name of a previous owner is neatly written on the inside front cover (see photo). There is a faint stain on the long outside edge of the pages (see photo ~ it is very faint) that does NOT bleed onto the page surface. The pages have tanned over time but they ARE clean! About the Book ~"Tom Canty was a beggar lad and Edward was heir to the throne of England. They might have been twins, so identical were they in appearance. Playing one day, they changed clothes and thus, quite by accident, their positions in life.
