Description: 1909 4-bar handstamp of South Forest Grove OR on postcard to Michigan. 1 cent Franklin; partially clear but identifiable handstamp; message is datelined Forest Grove. PO operated in Washington County for only 8 years - 1906-1914. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
