Artist was son of noted Massachusetts artist/illustrator Edmund Henry Garrett (1853-1929) and studied at Yale School of Fine Art and under his father. Condition is good with faint stretcher impressions, craquelure, replaced stretcher keys, 3 small canvas repairs with associated inpaint, minor retouch to sky, frame with minor touch-ups to finish.
