The stamps are tied to the card by Jilemnice/Starkenbach postmarks dated July 14, 1900. There is a Smichov/Smichow receiving postmark dated July 15, 1900. Both town were in the Austro-Hungarian empire at the time of mailing but are now in the Czech Republic. See scans for condition.Shipping in the U.S. will be $2.25 for First Class Letter.
