This 160-page hardbound book measures 5" x 7 1/4" and is in good condition for its age. Its condition is like a much newer book. The only writing (all in pencil, never in pen) is a "5" on the page opposite the inside front cover, some handwritten notes near the top of page 23, and two X's on page 47. There's a tiny stain on the title page, as well as on the opposing page. The covers have some edge wear, but the binding is very secure.
