Description: Nice original 1898 copy of J. M. Barrie's The Little Minister. The book is overall in very good condition with some minor signs of wear and age. The covers have some light wear. The binding is good and sound. The top page edge is gilt. The rest of the page edges are rough cut and a few pages have some marginal chips which do not affect the text. The interior is lightly toned from age but is generally nice and clean, though there may be the occasional page with a light bit of foxing, grubbiness, or some kind of other minor imperfection, such as a creased page corner, minor interior crack, tiny chip or tear, etc. Generally though, it's a nice copy. The book measures approximately 9 1/4 inches by 6 /4 inches. It is 375 pages long and is illustrated with several black and white plates. Please look at all the photos to further note the condition.
