Description: 1898 INDIANA State Map by The Matthews-Northrup Co., Buffalo, NY- 22” x 13 1/2” (Tri-folded to 13 ½” x 11”) MAP ONLY from the 1903 Twentieth Century Peerless Atlas and Pictorial Gazetteer. The Crowell Publishing Company, Springfield, OH, Publisher - Carefully review (zoom in) all posted pictures, for any imperfections (stains, minor tear, pin holes, rough binding edges, crooked printing, creases, etc.) I try to only post maps where any imperfection is insignificant and/or can likely be covered if matted and framed.- Map is over 120 years old; map is in very good condition, but pages have foxing, browning of the pages, but a great ANTIQUE LOOK, perfect for framing- Map can be used:- - As matted and framed artwork to highlight home state, birth state, or a state lived in. Dry mounting to a backing board should eliminate most wrinkles, creases, etc.- - For Genealogy research projects to trace ancestor's hometown and migration using multiple maps, GREAT addition to genealogy documents. - For school projects and displays
