Apart from Linlithgowshire, the map also covers part of Stirlingshire ( Ref: XXXV). The map itself is printed on thick paper and measures approximately 46cm x 30cm, with titles, notes, legends and scale bars on the wide margins. The whole sheet measures approximately 53cm x 40cm.
