Description: The atlas is in average condition for its age. The interior maps appear to all be intact. I did looked through most pages and found a couple of maps to have clean tears along the fold. The majority of the maps are in good to average condition. Binding is mostly intact with a 3" small tear on the upper, rear side. Some fraying on edge of covers. Overall a very nice, older hard to find Atlas.
