This coin has some obvious signs of wear, areas of darkness and possibly old cleaning although it is difficult to tell under the toning. There is a little rim cut on the edge and some very faint greenish (probably pvc) on the high points of the coin (can be removed with proper care). According to NGC, there were only 131,000 minted making it a Key Date for the series.
