Description: It is an authentic engraved antique map approximately 130 years old with original handcoloring and a centerfold as issued. It is from the Atlas Universel et Classigue de Geographie by MM. Drioux and Ch. Leroy, published in Paris in 1882, a facsimile copy of the title page is included for authenticity. Size: The map image measures approximately 11 x 16 1/2 inches (28x42cm) on a 13 by 19" (33x48cm) page with a margin all around, as seen in the main pic. Condition: It is in Fair to Good condition for its age with overall very light tonal ageing and some darkening around the edges. There is a 3 inch split along the fold at the bottom and some handling and soiling, mainly around the margin. It is basically as seen in the pics which shows most of the defects well. It is printed on good paper with original hand coloring, blank on the reverse with a centerfold. The pics are of the actual map.
