SHAPED AT THE SHOULDER AND FLARES AT THE OUTER ARM. WATERED MOIRE RIBBONS WITH SATIN EDGES TIES THE FRONT NECKLINE WITH ADDITIONAL TIES AT THE WAISTLINE. COLLAR IS BACKED IN SILK FAILLE RIBBON.
