Description: 1850s stampless cover (envelope only, no content) from Waverly IL to N Haven CT. Black CDS with "ILLS", 5 in circle rate, presumably the unpaid rate from the 1851-1855 period. Small stain spot and some backflap damage; ASCC $40. Your satisfaction is guaranteed. APS member since 1992 and ebay seller since 1996.
