Cover soiling and wear, including edges and corners, spine rubbing. Title page clipped at top, name written in ink, there are notes ifc with family genealogy by the same surname. Some text edge and corner wear, text foxing throughout. Pages 115-136 has 1 1/2" tear on face into text. Some text moisture spotting. The book measures 6" x 9 1/2" x 1 3/8". A nice find.
