The map is dated twice: 1846 at the bottom and 1843 in the title block. It is being sold as a loose map, not mounted, matted nor framed, as seen in the main pic photographed against a dark background. A beautiful map with strong color and nice decorative border that would frame up well! Size: The map image between the neat lines measures approximately 9 by 12 inches (23x30cm) on a 11 by 13 1/2" (28x34cm) page as seen in the main pic. Condition: It is in Fair to Good condition for its age, blank on reverse. There is some browning mainly around the margins, handling smudges and bent bottom corners, see the pics for more on condition. The pics are of the actual map.
