Description: We are presenting for sale an original 1838 book plate print from the book entitled THE PICTORAL HISTORY OF THE BIBLE consisting of the engravings from paintings by THE BRITISH GREAT MASTERS. This print is entitled CHRIST'S AGONY painted by R. Cosway. It is a pictoral image of the bible scripture St. Luke Chapter 22 Verse 39-46. Also included with the print is the scripture in text as listed above. The print has been matted and measures 6" x 8" and is in good condition. There is some toning to the print. Only the print is being sold. No publication rights are being sold with the print. DOMESTIC SHIPPING WE ALWAYS COMBINE SHIPPING ON MULTIPLE ITEMS PURCHASED IN THE SAME SERIES OF AUCTIONS.
