MARR? see filing note near her signature) headed ex WOODSIDE with badly o'inked postmark on Reverse with the fleuron erased on toned area in paper - you'd be hard pressed to make out the postmark had it not been headed thus in text! Was priced £45 by late R M WILLCOCKS c.1990 so a RARE marking but I've priced it purely for the PAID AT and PENNY POST of LIVERPOOL on Obverse, small piece of flap cut away but still affixed to seal area.
