Concludes that were was a basic unfairness to America that needed to be resolved. Charts deal with the specifics of those tariffs and the pamphlet allows for the hiatus in trade caused by the War of 1812. Front page starting to loosen, red and blue marginal stain on last few pages and minor curling to bottom right of pages. Still in very good condition for a pamphlet of this period.
