With Notes and References by John Raithby. Born in 1766, Raithby was a English lawyer, who practised in the court of equity, Court of Chancery. CONDITION In half leather binding. Externally, rubbed. There is some wear to the extremities including bumping to the corners, rubbing to the edges of the boards and discoloration to the boards and spines. The boards on all three volumes are detached and present. The pages have been rough cut. There are rubber stamp marks to the front pastedowns. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are generally clean and bright with the occasional handling mark and some spotting.
