Add 3 stones to a glass. Pour until liquid has reached the height of one stone (about 2 oz.). LOet stand for 5 minutes. Enjoy. Rinse and air dry following ever use, storing in the freezer for next time. Do not chew or ingest. Not intended for use with large volumes of liquid. Rinse before the first use.
