O: Bust of Charles Roe.R: A female seated by a windlass from which a rope depends, MACCLESFIELD HALFPENNY. Ex: 1792.E: PAYABLE AT ANGLESEY LIVERPOOL OR CONGLETON. This token is listed in Dalton & Hamer as Cheshire 67a and is rated R=Rare. I would grade this token Fine (Sheldon VF30).
