Description: I am offering for sale a 1790 seven page Pamphlet written by the French Minister of War, Jean-Fredric De La Tour Du Pin-Gouvernet during the French Revolution. He was a French nobleman, General and politician. He was guillotined in 1794 due to his Monarchist sympathies. The pamphlet addresses issues concerning the Army and National Guard. It is in excellent condition with age appropriate wear and patina. It measures 8 1/2" x 5 3/4".
