Description: Slightly glossy reddish chocolate brown and olive with lighter brown toning on the highpoints. There are traces of minor roughness and verdigris on both sides, mostly on the obverse. A planchet fissure at the throat is the best identifying mark. Softly struck in the centers but quite bold elsewhere. EDS. Nicely centered. A relatively common variety that is surprisingly difficult to find in grades above VF.
