Rubbing to spine heads and tails, with small losses of leather to back strip heads. Head and tail of front joint of volume I, II, IV, V and VI starting, with boards firmly held. Head of front and rear joints of volume III starting and firmly held. Inscriptions to head of front free endpapers. Internally, firmly bound. Pages lightly age toned, but generally clean and bright, with only the odd spot to final few leaves.
