This volume is only held institutionally by three libraries, and contains observations and insights on paintings and sculptures of the Louvre. A very interesting and fascinating book. With one headpiece. CONDITION In quarter calf binding with decorative paper over boards. Externally sound with slight rubbing to head and tail of spine and extremities and edge wear. Minor scuffing to leather to spine. Internally, firmly bound. Very minor faint scattered spotting throughout, though pages are generally clean throughout. With one engraved headpiece.
