VOCABULORUM OMNJUM, QUÆ CONTINETUR IN HOMERI ILIADE, ET POTISSIMA PARTE ODYSSÆÆ plus ELOGIA SEU TESTIMONA DE HOMERO. Published in 1673 by ARNOLD LEERS, ROTTERDAM. Title printed in red and black, with the woodcut printer's device of Arnold Leers and woodcut initials and headpieces. Provenance: Hand written on the inside of the front board - Tittenhanger Library - thought to be the same Tyttenhanger House owned by Earl of Hardwicke in the 19th century. Bound in full leather boards, Part label to the spine. Boards look as if they have been sympathetically repaired at the hinges. Stains to the boards, board edges are rubbed. Boards are firm. Pages are remarkably clean and bright given the age of this book. 470pp, 48pp. 17cm x 11cm Postage and packing : I know that you will be looking forward to receiving your order, each book is carefully wrapped in packing paper ( I have changed from bubble wrap to try and reduce my use of plastic) and posted in a Jiffy bag if size permitting, if not it is double wrapped in corrugated cardboard, brown paper and then securely taped.
