Concerns two parcels of land adjoining Harsfold Manor "Willms the freehold" and "Willms the copyhold". Folio, single-sheet folded to make four pages, writing on the front page and one of the inner pages. ENGLAND: Circa 1600. GOOD condition, folds from where the document was once folded to a small size, some small tears and holes to the spine fold and some of the folds but holding together well, some wear to the edges, light soiling, overall amazingly solid and bright with writing that is bold and clear. Note that this early English handwriting is difficult to read.
