1/6 Luftwaffe Field Division Rifleman "Rudi" Dragon #70189 Factory Sealed MISB

Description: I need to clear some space on my shelves, so I must part with some of my collection. This is Rudi, a Rifleman of the Luftwaffe Field Division at Normandy in 1944. He is looking to join your 1/6 Wehrmacht figure collection. He is another personality in Dragon’s groundbreaking series for the large-scale collector. As you would expect, he is armed with a Karabiner 98 kurz (Kar98k) rifle and a potato-masher grenade. Dragon has provided additional accessories, such as a gas mask container, water bottle and bread bag to go along with the authentic uniform including shirt, pants, boots, coat and helmet. I only found a couple of listings for this guy on eBay (getting harder to find), but as a Top Rated Plus US Seller, I have this in stock and can reliably ship this to you quickly. Here are some of the details about this rare figure that I found from around the web: The Dragon Models site (dragon-models.com) has a page showing the figure and identifying his full name as Rudi Wendler. Unfortunately, they say very little else about this figure. From other sources, I found the following information about the features of this finely detailed soldier: Features:- New Generation Neo Body figure with realistic head, triple jointed arms and legs- Uniform: Field jacket, flight blouse, pants, boots and helmet with liner- Weapons: Kar98k Rifle, M24 Stick Grenade and ammunition packs on a belt- Equipment: Water bottle, M31 Bread Bag, M38 Gas Mask Container and M31 Mess Kit Xavi S published a 10-minute Unboxing Video on YouTube that is in Spanish (I believe) but has some English subtitles. You get a good look at the box before he introduces you to Rudi up close. He spends some time on the rifle with operating bolt action and leather strap. You also get to see the clothing, extensive accessories (gas mask, canteen, etc.) and additional weapons, like the hand grenade. He points out the correctness of the insignia and uniform details and marvels at the weathering and aging effects on the boots and mess kit. This lifelike soldier comes in a sturdy 13.5” x 8” x 3.5” display box with an opening cover flap to show the figure and parts inside. As you can see from the pictures, the package is in great shape and still sealed with tape strips, so it is factory sealed and absolutely gift-ready. This item contains one fully dressed and outfitted articulated figure of Rudi Wendler, a Rifleman in the Luftwaffe Field Division in Normandy 1944. The figure has an authentic uniform and weaponry, as well as suitable accessories for a German figure.
