The ring is fabricated from 17 ga. 14k yellow gold sheet...22 ga. 18k gold bezel strip used to set the Zircon. 1/4" wide, thickness=17 ga. weight=4.7 grams, size between 7 1/2 and 7 3/4. The Zircon is deep red with some brown...an unusual and beautiful color...very bright in sun light but will read darker in your basement. An experienced repair jeweler could size the ring up or down a size...maybe 2.
