Description: Here we have a large, and quite cute, statue of two adult pigs kissing, snout-to-snout, while sitting on a log. Log is highly detailed, and pigs have a textured surface. Not sure what the piece is made of, but out best guess is terra cotta with a painted finish. Feels lightweight for its size, and hollow, like terra cotta, and feels much colder to the touch than composite or plastic does, so we're fairly certain it's terra cotta, but we could be wrong. Not super lightweight, just lighter than it looks. Actually weighs a bit over 7 pounds. Will probably work indoors or outdoors, although we'd definitely shelter it from the weather. Very clean and fresh piece will arrive ready to display. No chips or cracks, and no stains or marks. A few bits of paint missing on the pig's bow tie and on the ends of the log, nothing that stands out much. Appears to have been an indoor piece taken very good care of by the previous collectors. We consider funky odors (cigarette smoke, mildew, etc) to be an important part of a condition report.
