The determination of "severe damage" will be made at the sole discretion of TextbookSavvy, Inc. 5. Condition of the Book: The Book must be returned in the same condition as when it was rented, with normal wear and tear expected. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in the application of the damage penalties described in Section 4. 6. Payment and Authorization: By signing this Agreement, the Renter authorizes TextbookSavvy, Inc. to charge the payment method on file for any accrued late fees, damage penalties, or reimbursement fees as outlined in this Agreement. 7.
