Note:This part was precision manufactured of durable, self lubricating engineering plastic (Delrin, aka. Acetal or POM). It will never break like the original did.My gears are perfect fit - no need to remove any flash, or add spacers, just install and forget about them. This gear is the first of the three gears, the one which goes to the motor shaft. It is strongly recommended to also change the other two gears (black and yellow), even if they look right.If they are still the factory original, they will break sooner or later.
