Under the condition of 20mA current, the 850 VF is about 1.35-1.55V, and the 940 VF is approximately between 1.10 and 1.25V. Of course, the VF differs depending on the current. 3. The 850nm has a red burst, and the 940 has no red burst. The "red burst" means the red spot visible on the chip when the infrared lamp is working. Therefore, if it is necessary to conceal the situation, using the 940 is a good choice, but some customers will use a black colloidal to cover up the 850nm red burst , but can't completely covered. 4. The 850nm radiation intensity is about 2-3 times higher than the 940nm. The higher the radiation intensity, the higher the brightness.. 5. After testing, the 850nm can be judged by directly using the battery of 1.5V/W, but the 940nm requires the use of a mobile phone or a camera to judge whether it is normal or not. 6.
