Description: This offering is for 10 yards of 8 inch wide, light ivory vintage net lace trim. I estimate it was made in about the 1970's or 1980's. I do not know the fiber content because it is not shown on the bolt.It is a very nice quality lace... The tulle netting is very sheer and it drapes nicely. It is a soft, lightweight, non stretch type of lace, however the netting has a little give to it in the width, but not in the length... characteristic of net laces of this type. The color is a delicate shade of pale ivory.I have included multiple pictures, trying to capture the unique characteristics of this lovely lace.One edge is scalloped, and the other edge is straight. It is fashioned with a pattern of both large and small flowers intermingled with a design that resemble old fashioned flower baskets.This lace would be especially nice for weddings & bridal accessories or costumes, pageant wear, lingerie, quilts, dolls, home decor, Victorian, cottage, or Shabby chic accessories. A wonderful addition to any special project to add that vintage elegance!This lace is unused, vintage and clean and will be cut from the original bolt.
