Description: 10 pc lot of foam top hat ornaments. These look like perfect hats for a snowman! These are made of lightweight foam and are covered in glitter! Some of the Berry embellishments have broken of and some of the ribbons do not cover the entire hat. These do have some dents and imperfections in foam which has exposed the white foam in areas. These have simple ribbon loops for hanging, the ribbon has some fraying and fuzzies. These are a great addition to this year’s tree decor!
