Description: This listing is for ONE (1) USED original equipment 15" wire-spoke wheel cover (stock #R1) with RED center emblem removed from a 1984 Oldsmobile Ninety-Eight Brougham. Interchange info indicates that this style is correct for the 1981-84 Oldsmobile Ninety-Eight BROUGHAM, 1984-85 Oldsmobile Delta 88 Royale Brougham LS and 1985-90 Oldsmobile Custom Cruiser models equipped with 15" steel wheels. This is a clip-on style cap that can be locked on with the appropriate hardware to prevent theft. The locking hardware is not included or available. The steel clips on the back side serve as the main method of installation, and all of them are in place. The cap itself has some curb scratches around the outer edge as well as some minor dents/dings from years of use. It is also dirty, and in need of a good bath. It will be sent out just as you see it now. I will NOT clean it. Great cap for your daily driver, but please do not buy this cap if you're looking for perfection.
